Educational Qualification: B.TECH/M.TECH (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Experience: 8 to 10 years
Qualifying Criteria: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in MEP with experience in turnkey interior Furnishing-Contracting with desirable high rise building & township development.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and tools like PERT analysis and Gantt charting, sound knowledge of project estimation.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training engineers.
  • Should be excellent in taking DSR and fortnightly activity report to present MIS.
  • Should be able to plan daily activities, time sheet & monitor overall execution process.
    Should be well versed in AutoCAD& other engineering software's.


(Purchase/Warehousing/Supply chain/Logistic)

Experience: 8 to 10 years
Educational Qualification: Post graduate/ MBA in Material Management
Qualifying Criteria: 

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Infrastructure Industries.
  • Strong time management skills, highly organized, self-directed and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Budgeting, Cost control and maintain solid relationship with subcontractors.
  •  Liaise with vendors, government agencies and statutory authorities.
  • Ensuring appropriate procurement of all production, construction and maintenance materials.
  • Preparing & managing logistics & transport budgets, monitoring expenditure and implementing remedial measures where appropriate.
  • Managing and training staff in the operation of Logistics, Procurement, warehousing, materials systems.
  • Identify - source, contract, and procure the needed good or service from qualified suppliers.
  • Maintain Supplier Relationship Management process.
  • Should know partnership agreement and preparation of MOU's.
